I really don't understand what that crazy lady is doing there! Her name is July that's what I understood as she was named when she was talking to other people. She is a lady with blonde and long hair. She had no patience at all, behaved badly and spoke very badly, disrespecting me because I was older. The rooms are nice, but they need to be cleaned, that's clear. The food was good, but the fact that that lady behaved very badly with me and spoke very badly to me, I can't give more than one star! after I tipped her £5, she started to change her attitude. Thank you July. I hope you will answer.

Had a booking for tonight. Turned up at 6pm to check in to find the door bolted. No staff and looking through the ground floor windows all the beds unmade and dust on empty beer bottles. Why is the hotel abandoned when people have reservations?

If it has closed, that would be so disappointing. It had so much potential and the staff were so enthusiastic about trying to keep the place as professional and well heeled as possible.
