Yes. There are taxis at both the city side and the beach side, so both ends of the port.

Taxi or bus is your best option if you don’t want to walk. There is no Uber.

train or bus.. which are really good service and easily obtainable... Malaga well worth a visit lots of lovely shops bars & restaurants enjoy

I am pretty sure everything is open on Sundays. You may want to avoid the weekend as it may get little crowded.

It's been decent when we've been in March over the last few years, not scorching, obviously, but getting warmer, in terms of Spanish temperatures. It can be a bit breezy, & there's a higher chance of a shower - but they don't seem to last long! but it's warmer than the UK at the same time of year. 'Though if you do decide to go, look how the locals dress, they tend to dress how we would for winter!!! So it's generally easy to spot us British - we're in short's & t-shirts!!!
