Went today, machines off or broken. Staff know there broken but they can't fix them, chairs getting a bit tired and not reclining as they should without a sticky mechanism. Badly managed Full review by Scott M

The cinema is the better one of the two in Preston but my god did I feel robbed after buying snacks. Usually we take our own snack with us but we were running late so decided to grab them at the cine… Full review by Aandsjohnson

When and how can a £4.99 seat be accessed ..it's 90p per ticket extra when booking on line and a £1 per ticket added when paying at cinema counter . Can someone please explain the price structure … Full review by denise f
