Milwaukee star guard Damian Lillard will undergo an MRI exam on Monday after sustaining what could be an Achilles injury early in the Bucks' 129-103 home loss to the Indiana Pacers on Sunday night in their Eastern Conference first-round series.

Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard is feared to have suffered a torn Achilles after being injured midway through the first quarter of Sunday's Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers, according to NBA insider Chris Haynes.

Chris Haynes is reporting Lillard tore his Achilles tendon, which would rule him out for the rest of the playoffs and beyond. He fell to the court while chasing a long rebound and didn't get up until Brook Lopez committed a foul on the Pacers' next play with 5:57 remaining.
