MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Everything was set up for the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins to put on a show. Each team had its respective struggles on defense, along with a pair of explosive offenses to duke it out to gain the early AFC East lead.

The Bills dominated the Dolphins on Thursday, but Miami's concerns go well beyond the lopsided loss after their QB's concussion.

Of more concern was the hit Damar Hamlin put on Tua Tagovailoa during the game that  left the Miami QB concussed and on the turf. Bills running back James Cook had two rushing touchdowns and a receiving TD.
