Chris Eubank Jr has been discharged from hospital after emerging victorious from his slugfest with fierce rival Conor Benn on Saturday night. Eubank Jr dealt Benn his first defeat of his professional career with a unanimous decision win at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with all three judges scoring the contest 116-112 after a 12-round war.

Despite the size difference, Benn came out fearlessly in the opening rounds, using angles and footwork to avoid Eubank's jab and unloading with winging power shots that connected behind a quick jab. In the third round, Benn landed a heavy left that left Eubank with no option but to clinch and recover.

Chris Eubank Jnr’s trainer, Johnathon Banks, saw a fight of two halves in his fight against Conor Benn. After 12 brutal rounds, Eubank Jnr won on all three cards by 116-112, and talk instantly swirled over a rematch.
