Tech company Astronomer said its board launched an investigation after CEO Andy Byron was seen embracing a coworker at a Coldplay concert.

The executive was seen with a woman who was not his wife during a Coldplay Kiss-Cam moment at Gillette Stadium last week.

Pete DeJoy took over following former CEO Andy Byron’s resignation after he was captured on a “kiss cam” with a fellow Astronomer employee, who is not his wife, at a Coldplay concert.
