Starting pitcher Nestor Cortes Jr. is familiar with the Los Angeles Dodgers' star-studded lineup as he was on the receiving end of one of the most memorable moments from the World Series last year.

Cortes redeemed himself by not only shutting Freeman down in the rematch but silencing the Dodgers. He took a different approach and it paid off to the tune of six shutout innings. Cortes allowed just one hit and struck out three batters.
