When the Texas Rangers begin their fifth season at Globe Life Field on Thursday, baseball fans will notice some changes at the ballpark. On Monday, the franchise unveiled a spate of new menu items and minor renovations to the concourse above left field.
The matchup marks the club's sixth home opener at Globe Life Field and 54th overall since moving to Arlington in 1972.
The banner commemorating the 2023 World Series title is no longer hanging in right field, which was unveiled at Opening Day last season. Globe Life Field played Queen's "We are the champions" as the white banner with red lettering was dropped.
