The YouTuber compiled a master list of “reported and confirmed” Warner Home Video DVDs that have rotted. In another Google Doc he created, he blames the faulty discs that were manufactured “roughly from 2006 through 2009” on a Cinam manufacturing plant in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. Warner Bros. did not substantiate the claim, Ars Technica reported.
