Wal-Mart and TracFone are rolling out a new, no-contract calling plan that costs $30 and provides customers with 1000 minutes, 1000 texts and 30MB of data per month. The plan is called Straight Talk.

Tracfone is part of the Verizon Value portfolio of prepaid brands, which includes Straight Talk, Total by Verizon, Visible, Simple Mobile, SafeLink, Walmart Family Mobile, and Verizon Prepaid.
