A New Jersey mother and stepfather of a 2-year-old boy were charged after he was found with drugs in his system at the time of his death in June.

The mother and stepfather of a 2-year-old Woodbury boy have been charged after the toddler was found with drugs in his system when he died in June. Amanda Schools, 35, and Tyler Sullivan, 28, face charges of aggravated manslaughter, reckless manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession, Woodbury police said.
