LMPD confirmed that a man was shot and died at the scene, and two women were also shot and died at a local hospital. The coroner's office later identified the women as 29-year-old Raysa Valdes and 33-year-old Antwanette Chillers, and the young man as 18-year-old Leslye Harbin, Jr.

According to LMPD, the shooting was reported at Noon in the 6200 block of Willismore Dr., just north of Dixie Highway and the Gene Snyder Freeway. The shooting happened outside the Driver’s License Branch in the parking lot. One man died at the scene.
