A summit is being held at Lancaster House in London and Mr Starmer is expected to hold a press conference and address the nation at 5pm. It's thought the PM will give a press conference in the next few hours where he will announce how the UK could be involved in any ceasefire and future peacekeeping operations in Ukraine.
