On Friday, a judge partially granted a limited restraining order for King Soopers against the union representing striking workers in Colorado.

More than 10,000 King Soopers grocery workers across the Denver area ended their 12-day strike late Monday after union leaders said they secured some basic protections for returning workers and agreed to resume bargaining with the Kroger-owned chain.

One eyewitness said they had watched the gunman walk up to a black Mercedes sedan and yell "something to the extent of 'give me my car back' a few times," before the gunshot. The witness said the gunman then ran away from the scene.
