According to a post made on social media by NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero on Monday morning, Miami Dolphins quarterback Skylar Thompson is no longer a member of the team’s roster after his practice squad contract ran out.

The Miami Dolphins allowed quarterback Skylar Thompson’s practice squad contract to expire on Monday, effectively making him a free agent after choosing to not sign him to a reserve/future contract for the 2025 season.
