She’s a fashion rule breaker. Heidi Klum didn’t comply with the Cannes Film Festival’s new dress code, hitting the opening ceremony in a billowy floral Elie Saab gown with a dramatic floor-grazing train — which violated one of the regulations that just went into effect.

As celebrities descended on the Cannes Film Festival that's scheduled to begin Tuesday and run through May 24, organizers updated the dress code to say that "For decency reasons, nudity is prohibited on the red carpet, as well as in any other area of the festival."
