The latest delays to the Cook County property tax system upgrade by controversial contractor Tyler Technologies is leading to fighting among county leaders.

The village of Arlington Heights, Illinois is considering a proposal to start taxing internet streaming services.

The two are the first of a dozen going up in Humboldt Park, with more expected to start construction in Chicago Heights and Proviso Township in coming months.
