Kia EV owners are gaining access to more than 16,500 Tesla chargers by the end of the first quarter of the year.

Kia has pushed the date back for offering access to Tesla’s Superchargers, saying such access now is planned for the first quarter of 2025.

The original plan had Kia joining the network on January 15, 2025, but the automaker confirmed it has pushed that date into early spring.

With more than 60,000 Superchargers in operation, Tesla’s signature electric vehicle-charging network is almost inarguably the best in the world. Once the company opened this system up to other automakers,
