Five men have been federally indicted over drug trafficking in Seattle's homeless encampments and in the Chinatown-International District (CID). Tommy Pham, Donfeuy Saephan, Khampheth Keodara, Sang Tran and Theodore Nation are all charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
