Winter Storm Warning in effect for Oregon Cascades with up to 15 inches of snow expected
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 4 p.m. today, above 3500 feet. Forecasters say an additional 11 to 15 inches could fall in the northern and central Oregon Cascades.
