President Donald Trump directed Homeland Security to allow ICE agents to use "whatever means necessary" against protesters during operations at California cannabis farms.

The Trump administration is suing California over its animal welfare laws, claiming they unconstitutionally raised egg prices.

Trump was also quick to criticize the Federal Emergency Management Agency's response to both disasters, and as president, he has said he wants to "wean off" FEMA and phase out the agency in an effort to shift more responsibility for recovery to states.

Former OneRepublic bassist Tim Myers launched his campaign website on Monday and promised to “fight back against the Trump administration’s attacks."

A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to immediately halt indiscriminate immigration stops and arrests in seven California counties, including Los Angeles.

Accusing California of imposing “unnecessary red tape” on the production of eggs, the Trump administration is suing the state over animal cruelty laws it claims have driven up prices nationwide.

California has increased its discretionary reserves as a direct consequence of Trump’s ongoing threats to FEMA.
