The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a vehicle collision in Encinitas that left a bicyclist severely injured on Wednesday.

The fire broke out midday Tuesday at a home in San Marcos Mobile Estates and killed the sole occupant, a man in his 50s.
