Officer Andrew Duarte, who was born in Oakland, died in the line of duty Saturday while confronting a gunman who had taken several people hostage at a hospital in York County, Pennsylvania.
The coroner has been called to the scene following a crash in Sewickley Township, Westmoreland County Wednesday afternoon.
