Tottenham have been boosted ahead of their crunch Europa League semi-final tie against Bodo/Glimt this week after Lucas Bergvall signed a new long-term contract. Spurs announced on Tuesday night that the Swedish midfielder, 19, had put pen to paper on a fresh deal lasting until the summer of 2031.

Bergvall, 19, signed for Spurs in February last year - after refuting interest from Spanish giants Barcelona - and signed a deal that ran until 2029.
