A Champaign woman was reported missing to police last week. Brittney Schurvinske has been missing for six months — and now friends and family members are concerned about her whereabouts. The 35-year-old mother of two was last seen by friends and family in July.
Police said Schurvinske was last seen July 24, 2024, near Illinois Terminal. WAND News spoke with Champaign police. They said she was not reported as missing to the department until Jan. 24, 2025. They said were not sure why she had not been previously reported missing by the family.
