Kentucky State Police have arrested 24-year-old Gordon Fultz after reports that he started multiple fires in Harlan County.

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A Harlan County man is facing charges after police say he raped an underage girl. On January 7, police served a felony warrant at a home on Ivy Hill Road, leading to the arrest of Gillis Gilbert, 40, of Evarts.

A man is facing a third-degree arson charge after three structure fires in Harlan County, Kentucky State Police said.

An 8-year-old child was shot off Highway 221 in Harlan County early Sunday, Kentucky State Police reported. Donald Trump intends to start his second White House term by unleashing more than 100 executive orders and directives.

State police said Gordon Fultz, 24, was identified as a suspect in connection with the fires and was seen on Garrett Hollow Road, allegedly trying to start another fire.
