Social media platform X, formerly Twitter, removed a video of the aftermath of a fatal car crash in Dehradun, India, citing its policy against gratuitous gore.

The police said early findings suggest speeding Innova was the primary cause, and the truck driver was not at fault.

The accident took place around 1.30 am in Dehradun, where a speeding Innova car crashed into the rear of a container truck, leaving the car in a wrecked state.
