The Miami Dolphins had a discipline issue and head coach Mike McDaniel had a hard time finding a solution during the 2024 season.

As the Miami Dolphins head into Year 4 of Mike McDaniel’s tenure as coach, they will also go into the fourth season of McDaniel handling play-calling duties for his offense. McDaniel, after owner Steve Ross affirmed he and general manager Chris Grier were returning in their roles Sunday night,

McDaniel seems to think that his players are running a bit wild on him, and punishment might need to be levied with more of an iron fist. He pointed to the issue belonging more to a certain sect of players rather than a team-wide problem.
