No neighborhood was hit worse in Katrina than New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward and it's been one of the slowest areas to rebound. There's still an effort to attract new residents and businesses there.

At the Flooded House Museum and levee exhibit in Gentilly, the history of Hurricane Katrina is on full display.

Twenty years ago, Hurricane Katrina changed the face of education in New Orleans forever. The school system was utterly destroyed and then utterly transformed, becoming the first and only all-charter school district in the country.
