Dean has worked in the Washington/Madison County Prosecutor’s Office since 2008 and has served as a prosecutor in Northwest Arkansas for 18 years.

The family-friendly event will feature music, traditional dance, and activities representing more than 15 nationalities.

The city has one again earned the top spot in Arkansas on PeopleForBikes’ annual list of the best places for bicycling.
