Safe Kids Day will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Boys and Girls Club of Massillon, 730 Duncan St. SW.

The City Serve Food Pantry & Cafe has opened in Massillon. It's affiliated with Abundant Life Christian Fellowship.

The Tuslaw Lions Club spring chicken barbecue will be from 4 to 6 p.m. (or until sold out) Saturday at the Tuslaw Lions Club Park.
