The arrival of Le Fee, who Roma signed for £20m in the summer, has turned heads, and Le Bris hopes the high profile capture of the midfielder can help ensure the Black Cats land more transfer targets before the end of the January window.

Sunderland have bolstered their midfield with the loan signing of Enzo Le Fee from Roma. The 24-year-old French midfielder – who joined Roma from Rennes in the summer – will remain at the Stadium of Light until the end of the season.

Roma have also confrmed their is a permanent option included in the arrangement. Sunderland can sign Le Fee outright for a mooted fee of around €23m. “I’m very happy to be here and I’m excited to meet the people,” Le Fée told the official Sunderland website.
