As is tradition, Apple CEO Tim Cook is in attendance at the Sun Valley Conference in Idaho this week. The event, commonly referred to as a “summer camp for billionaires,” attracts executives across media, tech politics, and many other sectors. The conference has taken place in Sun Valley, Idaho for one week each July since 1983

Titans of tech and media are descending upon Sun Valley, Idaho, for the annual Allen & Co. conference nicknamed "summer camp for billionaires."

Bob Iger, the current Disney CEO, arrives at Sun Valley Lodge. Sun Valley is reportedly the location where the merger between ABC and Disney went down back in 1995. Then-CEO Michael Eisner—who is in attendance this year, too—met up with Capital Cities Chairman Thomas S. Murphy, according to the Los Angeles Times, and the rest was history.
