This new class better be something special. I have essentially “white knighted” for D4 since release. Overall, the game has had problems, but the flow of combat and the darker tone have kept me around. That and the fact that my favorite fantasy archtype is available. Barbarian.

The campaign is great 9/10, the end game sucks 2/10. If you’re a casual player who is going to take serious time to finish the campaign and hit level 70-80 then it’s great. To be fair season 2 was a lot better than the “preseason” and season 1. The holiday event sucked imo way too much boring grind for some cosmetics.

New to Diablo Seasons . . . What’s the point of this?
Jun 19, 2023 · Seasonal characters will probably take up one of your 10 slots. The point of seasons is to give the game longevity for players who tend to max out their character (s) on a fairly short time frame. If the idea of carrying one or two characters through the game over a long period of time is not for you, then seasons are likely not for you either.
New player trying Diablo:R-- boring or am I missing something?
Most of the people on this sub are people who played D2 back when it was still "The Thing" to play. They still play the game partly due to nostalgia, but also because the game is genuinely good and well made. It's fun to play. However, when you are used to titles like PoE or Grim Dawn, D2 pales in comparison.
