Oct 31, 2022 · Ignore rumours of a PS5 Pro. PS5 is usually worth getting. Not sure about your country’s or family’s economic situation though, or if those prices are fair or not. But I personally definitely wouldn’t buy a PS4 Pro now instead of a PS5 after having owned a PS5 since launch.

Jul 15, 2023 · I played on PS4 Pro first, and the jump to PS5 was actually pretty massive. It almost felt like I was playing a different game and wish I got to play it on PS5 the first time. The high res textures and consistent 60fps on performance mode makes playing the game such a joy. But you should only replay the game if you actually feel like it.

Jan 10, 2022 · Get a ps5 you can play all PS4 titles, in no way get a PS4 pro over a ps5. The visuals and performance of the system and games is so much better on the PS5 over the PS4 pro and regular PS4. Save up if you have to but don't get PS4 pro over PS5.

The ps4 pro does both 2.4 and 5 (I've never heard of anything having 5ghz but not 2.4ghz. You're right about the distance though, my ps4 pro isn't that far from the source and already the setup shows the 2.4ghz signal as stronger.

Dec 15, 2022 · If you are running a stock or Slim PS4 you will notice differences: PS5 is prettier then those two and it also loads/transitions much faster. If you are using a PS4 Pro you will not notice much visual difference but the game does load/transition quicker.

Feb 14, 2022 · So the game runs on a higher resolution but the game looks fuzzier. As for the resolution. The first horizon game ran at a checkerboarded 4k (3840x2160) resolution on a ps4 pro. (Not sure about the base console) And for Horizon forbidden west, now it runs at a 3200x1800 checkerboarded on a ps4 pro and also ps5 in performance mode. So yes.

The ps4 pro to ps5 is not massive compared from ps1 to ps2, and ps2 to ps3. Back then it was leaps and bounds. You have faster speeds yes but not when it comes to graphics. Ps4 can be jailbroken to play ps3 and ps2 games. The ps4 will still have some value in the future. Ps3 60gb and 80gb are going for over $400 and people are still buying them ...
