ABOUT COMMUNITY FORUM. Community Forum is made up of one neighborhood council representative from each of the city's 18 neighborhood councils. It is a venue for neighborhood councils to share skills and information and is a place for neighborhoods to hear presentations from the community and discuss neighborhood issues.
