This is my 36 Hour Prime Rib from last year. It’s one of the best things I have made and I wanted to share this again as it’s a fool proof way to cook a prime rib for the holidays. It starts off with a beautiful rib roast. The one I used here was a choice grade roast from Costco weighing around 5 lbs. The first thing I did was trim off the fat cap.
