You can do so many things when you have an ostomy bag. Don’t let it hold you back!! When I go swimming, I like to wear high waisted or one piece swimsuits to keep my bag close to my belly (personal preference) but you can totally rock the low cut bottoms too! I just find that my bag flaps around in the water more with those haha Ostomy bags are designed to be highly water resistant and the adhesive is medical grade! I use an adhesive remover spray to take it off my belly when I change bags. #ost
