Some relaxation meditation techniques I use. One is Kriya Yoga alternative nostril breathing technique. Which helps balance the ida nadi (negative charge - Yin) with pingala nadi (positive charge- yang) . Also the my own KAMO 3-5-8 Relaxation breathing technique. These can be done through the nostrils for relaxation unlike the 4 step KAMO breathwork framework which is for pineal gland activation and higher vibing energies 😉😁👊💫 that is through the mouth . I also speak about all being MiND Eve
